We learn a lot of things… however, we do not learn enough about how to live according to our being and be comfortable and happy in our own skin. – Andre Rochais

People often asks this question: ”What is the meaning of my life?

As we live, we learn from our families, experiences, and surroundings to figure out what life means and find answers to important questions about who we are.

At some point, whether we realize it or not, these answers shape our lives. They come from what we see, learn, or feel deep inside.

This journey involves noticing the key moments, meaningful experiences, and the qualities that define us. These traits become part of our identity, shaped by our actions, decisions, relationships, challenges, and even mistakes.

Looking back at our lives helps us see the richness of our experiences and understand our purpose. It’s a gift to reflect on our journey and find clarity about what truly matters. This reflection can guide us to take meaningful actions and live in alignment with what brings us happiness.

This is my own finding...

For long timeI did not know what the meaning of my life is. Today after reflecting, I can see it. Even though I was not aware of what I was going through since childhood, but I arrived at this point. Now, I am aware of how meaningful my life is. Now I can say this statement....

“I am saved to enjoy the great internal love, to cherish the treasures inside me, to share them with others who want to find their true colours. I do this by accompanying them with my capacities and transcendent Love.”

This is the value of my life: accompanying and loving people who want to discover their true selves.

What is the meaning of your life?
