Even so, it is in our nature to let ourselves be helped. In this workshop, you will become acquainted with a number of obstacles preventing you from asking for help. You will also be presented with a few perceptions of how to approach things differently. GOALS Mapping out the elements that can make everyday life difficult for individuals. Taking halt at possible effects one can experience in his/her life and on his/her well-being as a result of these difficulties. Learning to name those 'aspects of being' one was able to lean on when one dared to ask for help. Getting acquainted with the 'diagram of the person' and understanding how the different reali-ties play a part in this process of 'daring to ask for help'.
