Discovering what is positive in one’s self and learn how to express it, is the best way to exist in front of others. Some patterns, expectations of others, doubts, etc. unconsciously prevent to show oneself as he/she truly is and to feel good in it.
This workshop uses creative tools to learn and to accept “This is how I am and it’s OK”. Choosing ways of doing and being that correspond to the essential of the person, contributes to a satisfying life and relationships.
