Respectfully asserting oneself: what does this involve? Starting from daily experiences, the participants observe situations in which they assert themselves too little (ex. keeping silent, disappearing…) or too much (ex. screaming, exaggerating…) or in a well-adjusted way in front of others ( ex. polite).
The focus of this workshop to recognise the maladjusted ways to assert oneself and to learn how to grow in well-adjusted assertiveness.
