Feelings carry a lot of messages about one’s self. In some cultures, some feelings may be experienced as an obstacle or a hindrance and find not a place to be expressed. In other environments, expression of some feelings may be exaggerated.
This workshop helps us understand messages of feelings in order to gain understanding of how ‘feelings’ can be a means of strengthening life expression. Participants will also be encouraged to relate with their feelings in a positive way and in a safe and respectful group.
