This workshop aims to help participants become more aware of what helps and what hinders being one’s self in daily life. Looking at various areas in life, such as family, work, personal relationships, commitments, leisure, etc. helps us focus on realistic dreams and undertake realistic actions to increase deep satisfaction and a sense of meaning.
