There are a lot of expectations towards persons with responsibility. They have to be specialized in the common mission but also need a lot of human capacities to lead the group. This module is offered to leaders and managers of enterprises, organizations and groups of minimum 3 persons. The formation looks at the personal capacities of a leader and the competencies to be developed in any position of responsibility. The 10 competencies are classified in 4 groups. The aim is to discover, become aware of, and verify the necessary competencies for leadership. It leads the participants to further develop and to succeed in their mission according to their capacities.
