OR DOES ONE...?
GOALS
- Mapping out the elements that can make everyday life difficult for individuals.
- Taking halt at possible effects one can experience in his/her life and on his/her well-being as a result of these difficulties.
- Learning to name those 'aspects of being' one was able to lean on when one dared to ask for help.
- Getting acquainted with the 'diagram of the person' and understanding how the different realities play a part in this process of 'daring to ask for help'.
- Discovering interferences when asking for help.
- Recognizing (and admitting) obstacles and arranging them in order of the strength of the sensation.
- Sensing for which difficulty one should ask for help.
- Arriving at 'the step to be taken now' and anticipating which essential power can assist in doing this.
