Listening to others is a daily activity that sometimes takes a lot of energy. What is true listening? (Can it be learned?) Empathic listening can be learned. It is a great help in interaction with others. This workshop aims to understand the process of listening. It proposes exercises to verify one’s capability to follow this process and to experience the benefit for both parties.
